I've had occasion to work with Jane Snipes and her professional staff at Northstar recruiting on several occasions. I have always been impressed with their professionalism and follow through. Jane exclusively handles retained search and delivers excellent value. Far too many recruiters stop at just collecting and forwarding resumes based on keyword searches. Jane delivers professional results through really getting to know the client, the client's business, the interpersonal dynamics of the team, and the business goal they are looking to achieve. She spends equal energy interviewing candidates, assessing not only their qualifications, but also their references and personal fit with the target company. As I've heard her say, "It's only a win if it's the absolute best fit for the candidate and the company."
