Jane has 18 years of recruiting experience and, since 1995, has been dedicated to the Information Technology Industry. In the mid 1990's, she worked primarily within Mainframe Applications Development, Technical Support and Voice & Data Communications, transitioning to Contact Center Solutions and Speech Recognition. Since 2000, her focus has been the Identity Management industry and Integrated Security industry she works with clients to identify and recruit mid-career to executive level professionals across all disciplines. In addition to being an expert in Identity Management recruiting she has also served as the Chairman for the Recruitment and Membership Working Group for the IBIA and has been a contributing author for Biometrics Digest.
